Visiting the school library the other day reminded me how important networks were. It is through network meetings that you can see what other TLs do and learn from each other. This is necessary as there is often only one TL in the school. The TL has a variety of roles, some of which a classroom teacher or other specialist teacher may relate to but there are many aspects to this job that can only be fully understood and appreciated by other TLs.
It is good to see that there is lots of support available on the web. I copied some of these from the module on TL support. Hope it is okay to include them here.
