Below are some of the resources I consulted often when writing my collection policy. I wanted to list them here because they are a good reminder for me to keep adding to them with other professional resources.
It will be intersting to see what the future of collection management is. I think that there will always be a place for library collections. The physical collections might end up being specialised collections or even more archival. There will probably be more on an emphasis on digital/electronic resources. However, I believe that there will always be a need for collection management.
